Pasta horns in navy

A hearty dinner for the family! So simple, delicious and fast! Pasta in navy is my grandmother's kitchen) I remember as a child it was my favorite dish. Now I cook such pasta myself, my husband likes it, but my son has not tasted it yet, it's too early for him to light up in a naval way))

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.

2. Put a piece of butter in a frying pan, send it to the fire, add vegetable oil and put the prepared onion, fry until transparent.

3. Put the minced meat to the onion, mash it with a fork, cook over medium heat until all the moisture evaporates (about 10 minutes).

4. Add salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat, as well as bay leaf, mix, cover the pan with a lid.

5. While the minced meat is being infused, boil the pasta, according to the instructions on the package (I try to take products from durum wheat).

6. Put the finished pasta to the minced meat, mix, cover with a lid and send it to the fire. Warm up the dish for 1-2 minutes and serve!
