Georgian beef kharcho

Cut the beef into cubes. Put it in a saucepan, pour cold water and, slightly salted, cook the meat for an hour and a half.

Wash the rice, add to the broth. Peel the onion and cut into cubes, send it after the rice into the soup. At this stage, also add the tkemali sauce and all the spices, as well as chopped garlic. Cook until the rice is ready - about 15 minutes.

Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan for a few minutes, then chop them in a blender.

Wash the parsley and cilantro, dry, and chop finely. Supplement the soup with prepared walnuts and herbs.

That's all, the Georgian kharcho soup is ready, it remains only to put it in plates!
