Sprouted soy salad

A great recipe for those who lead a healthy lifestyle! What could be more useful than sprouted grains? My husband and I have been following a vegetarian diet for several years and really like to cook salads with sprouts. Sprouted soy salad is one of my favorites. Try it - it's delicious!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Pour water into a medium-sized saucepan, bring it to a boil.
2. Lower the sprouted soy into the boiling liquid, cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Discard the soy on a sieve.
4. In a separate container, pour olive oil, then lemon juice and soy sauce.
5. Put fried sesame seeds, paprika, ground black pepper. Mix everything well.
6. Put the sprouts in a salad bowl, add the dressing, mix again.
