Guacamole sauce with garlic and red onion

A great light snack in a hurry! Delicious and healthy! The classic guacamole sauce can be made homogeneous as a paste, or you can leave it in the form of a thick paste, partly resembling a salad. Everything will depend on the consistency of the avocado. If its pulp is very soft, then even with stirring, the creamy structure of the avocado will perfectly combine all other products. If the avocado is too dense, then so that the sauce does not look disjointed, then it is better to kill it with a blender.

Also add salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and lime juice. Whisk all the prepared foods together with a blender. It is possible to obtain a perfect homogeneous mass, you can leave minor inclusions of small slices.

Classic guacamole sauce is not intended for long-term storage, so do not cook it in large portions. The sauce can stand for a day or two in the refrigerator. It will change its color somewhat, but it will not affect the taste.
