Bright vitamin salad in 10 minutes for you and your guests. Salad with vegetables, crab sticks and cheese - appetizing, hearty, elegant. For its preparation, a minimum set of products that are inexpensive is used. It turns out juicy, all the ingredients in it are well combined with each other in terms of taste characteristics. As a decoration, I used a fish made of red pepper, which I had left after cooking the salad. She just came up!

    We take crab sticks of good quality (that is, more expensive) so as not to spoil the taste and appearance of the salad. Defrost them and cut them into thin strips.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese should be bought of good quality: not a cheese product, but a full-fledged and well-ripened cheese.
