Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 10 min

Before preparing a snack from pork ears, clean them well and wash them thoroughly. Now put the ears in a large saucepan, fill them with water and bring to a boil. Put the peeled whole onion, crushed garlic (half, leave the other half for smoking), lavrushka, ground black pepper and peppercorns, soy sauce and dill. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Be sure to try the ears for salinity and, if necessary, add salt.

The time has passed - turn off the heating and let the ears stand in the broth for two hours.

At this time, prepare the smokehouse. It will be great if you use branches of fruit trees - this will give the snack a special flavor. Lubricate the grill with oil, put the ears on it, which are pre-rubbed with ground black pepper and crushed garlic. Cook them for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the cooled smoked ears into strips and serve with beer.

Fun friendly meetings!
