Compote with xylitol

Delicious and sweet drink with sourness for those who do not eat sugar! A wonderful drink made from healthy ingredients - sweet and fragrant strawberries, sour rhubarb, rich orange. Useful and refreshing, toning, improving mood :) And most importantly - without sugar. Try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. Wash the rhubarb, peel and cut into large pieces, then put it in a saucepan.
2. Rinse the strawberries well, let the water drain, tear off the tails and add to the rhubarb.
3. Fill strawberries and rhubarb with water.
4. Add xylitol (the amount can be adjusted to your taste, but remember that the daily dose should not exceed 40-50 grams).
5. Put the pan on the fire, wait for the water to boil. Turn down the heat.
6. Cook the compote for a few minutes (no more than five).
7. Put the zest in a saucepan, wait a minute and pour in the orange juice.
8. Remove the pan from the heat.
9. Wait for the compote to cool completely, be sure to strain it.
10. Serve a fragrant drink with ice cubes.
