Aveluk soup with wheat groats

Warming and fragrant Armenian soup! Cook and try! Aveluk soup is considered a traditional Armenian dish, which is especially popular at a time when cold weather has set in. Because this soup warms well, and is also very vitamin-rich, helps to fight infections. Its taste is unusual and interesting, with sourness, aveluk goes well with fried onions in oil. Korkot (bulgur) adds satiety to the soup. In general, this soup is one of the favorite first courses in my cookbook.
