Compote of peel (skins)

Delicious refreshing drink, just the thing on hot summer days! I came up with the idea to make this compote by accident) I bought a plum today, and I don't eat the skins from them, I decided to clean them, well, I think I won't throw the skins into the water, I'll lower them and boil them, I'll try what happens, I did this for a glass of water and didn't expect such a pleasant taste :D true, I did not add sugar, so it turned out very sour, I liked it, but you can't drink too much. And I decided to add more apple skins, white filling, it's sweet and I thought it would kill the acid, which turned out and even without sugar turned out to be a pretty sweet drink, and so in the heat, sugar-free is the thing!!!
