Summer compote

Nothing will soothe thirst in the summer heat like berry compote. Compote can be drunk hot. You can also add tea leaves, then you will get a fruit tea. This week I spent a little active vacation visiting my husband's relatives. You will probably think why active? Ah, you thought that I was invited to take a yacht ride on Lake Sevan or to kayak on high-altitude impassable rivers. No, everything turned out to be much more “romantic". Simply, it is impossible not to call the process of harvesting 80-100 kg of magnificent apricots for the winter active. And why rest? And because, being after a city apartment in a chic city mansion with all the necessary conditions, you can't call this state anything else than active recreation. Well, during the peak of active recreation, it dawned on me that it would be a sin not to take advantage of the gifts of the detached plot and not cook a simple summer compote, but for one thing and take pictures of the living creatures living here. All the components of this compote grow in the garden, except for plums, which were lying quietly in the refrigerator until we remembered about them. Well, they forgot to put cherries.
