Probably one of the simplest recipes for harvesting bell peppers with onions.
Bulgarian pepper is thoroughly washed, the seeds are removed, cut into small pieces.
The sliced pieces are fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into rings and fry them in a separate frying pan in vegetable oil.
Washed dill and parsley, chop.
After washing the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin.
Chop the peeled tomatoes, put them in a cooking container, add vegetable oil and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and salt to tomatoes.
Boil tomatoes for at least three minutes, and then add bell peppers, herbs and onions.
Bringing it to a boil again, we lay it out in pre-sterilized jars and roll up the lids.
It is best to store bell peppers with onions in a cool place, away from sunlight, which can affect the color of the pepper.
