Emerald Kiwi jam

Unusual exotic jam. It's worth a try! Ease of preparation, result I made kiwi jam for the first time when I bought fruits that were completely unsuitable for food – hard and sour, so the sugar consumption was so large. If you buy more mature kiwis, then you should reduce the amount of added sugar.

The recipe for making kiwi jam is very simple and does not require special knowledge in cooking. For example, I don't like to cook at all, but sometimes I really want something unusual.
So, it all starts with the fact that the kiwi needs to be thoroughly rinsed and peeled.
Peeled kiwi cut into thin slices and sprinkle with sugar.
We stand the mixture for about a quarter of an hour until the kiwi gives juice.
Then we put the saucepan on the stove, put our future jam there and cook until the sugar completely dissolves, stirring constantly.
After dissolving the sugar, boil the kiwi jam for about three more minutes.
Cool the jam for half an hour, and then boil again for three minutes.
Repeat the procedure two more times.
Ready-made kiwi jam is transferred to clean, dry jars and stored in the refrigerator.
If you decide to prepare jam for the winter, then I recommend rolling up the jars with lids.
The taste of jam turns out to be very interesting – I advise you to cook!
