Squid with rice

A very tasty second course for seafood lovers! Seas and oceans regularly replenish our diet with seafood. Using squid in food, we get the protein necessary for the body and useful minerals and trace elements. These are not only healthy, but also simply delicious dishes. Squid is cooked with different products: vegetables, rice. They are stuffed, boiled and fried, used as minced meat for cutlets and casseroles, they make a filling for pancakes. Recently I cooked squid with rice according to the recipe, I really liked it. Simple and delicious.

    Squid carcasses will be thawed, thoroughly washed, and boiled in salt water. Prolonged cooking is not required, only 3-4 minutes after boiling the water.

    Cool the squid without taking it out of the water, cut into thin strips, like homemade noodles.

    Peel the sweet thick-walled pepper, wash it, cut it into strips to match the squid. Dill greens and onion feathers are washed with running water, chopped.

    Mix boiled rice, squid straws, bell pepper in a cup. Salt the dish to taste, pepper with fragrant black pepper.
