This culinary recipe is for lovers of hearty food and Oriental cuisine. And, thanks to its satiety, shorba is very relevant in winter, when you want to replace light salads with something "substantial". For the lentil shorba, we wash the meat, peel it from the films and cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion and add it to the meat. Pour one spoonful of oil into the beef and chopped onion, half a cup of hot water, and add salt. Add ground pepper and simmer. After 10 minutes, pour water into the meat and cook for 30 minutes over low heat. In another bowl, cook the lentils, pre-soaked, for about 10 minutes and throw them into a colander. When the excess water drains, add the lentils to the meat. We wash the rice and also add it to the meat and lentils. We leave it to cook some more. While the lentil shorba comes to readiness, we wash the cilantro, dry it, chop it. Pour the remaining olive oil into a heated frying pan, add cilantro, flavor it with lemon juice and simmer for a couple of minutes. Ready-made shorba lentils are filled with stewed coriander and "steaming" food can be served. And as Oscar Wilde said: "After a good dinner, you can forgive anyone, even your relatives." By the way, beef can be replaced with chicken meat in the recipe.
