This is a very thick soup, dense Brazilian food. Brazilians, like almost all the peoples of South America, love to have fun and, especially, to eat. But the main value of this soup is that it is prepared very quickly, and the culinary recipe does not imply any rare products.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil, and fry the onion in it until golden brown and minced meat. As soon as the meat is fried, put the chopped celery, carrots, bell pepper and garlic in a saucepan. As cooks say, all these vegetables can be cut in a blender or a food processor. In this case, you need to fill the blender up to half with cold water and set the coarse slicing mode. Mix vegetables with meat, pour broth and boil over low heat for half an hour. Open the beans and separate one glass. This glass of beans needs to be scrolled in a blender to a puree state, or suppressed manually. After the vegetables are cooked (if the liquid has boiled off, you can also add a little broth), put the whole beans and mashed potatoes. Bring to a boil, stirring thoroughly. Seasonings, salt, pepper, garlic powder or something else that you like to add to taste. If you do not find black beans, then make them from red, although the color of the soup will be different.
