Semolina Guriev porridge with walnuts

Very healthy and nutritious porridge for adults and children. My family really likes to eat porridge for breakfast. This useful tradition was established in our country after my husband had to go on a strict diet. The need to adjust the diet has long since disappeared, but the habit of eating porridge in the morning has remained. And we teach our children to do this from childhood. Of course, here I have to show imagination, I often come up with recipes myself, change ingredients, use my own. Today I offer you one of these recipes.
