White sauce for pizza on broth

The easiest recipe for making the best pizza sauce. A completely versatile white sauce that can be used not only for pizza, but also in any other dishes. I have enough for 2 pizzas.

Fry the flour in a frying pan until lightly browned. Add butter, stir, fry a little. Pour in the hot broth and knead thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. And cook until thickened for 20 minutes on very low heat. Remove excess foam from time to time.
Then strain the sauce through a fine strainer (you can immediately rub it through it, if necessary). Cool the sauce and use it as intended.
The broth in this recipe can be taken any to your taste: meat, chicken, fish or vegetable.
