Salad with strawberries and arugula

Dessert salad with a very interesting and unusual taste. Cycle "Red and black" - 6. The taste of this salad just shocked me - everything is very harmoniously combined. I especially liked the sound of strawberry sauce with the rest of the dressing ingredients - there were fears that it would not coincide with balsamic sauce and olive oil and spoil the taste. The fears were not justified and it turned out to be just a wonderful spring-summer salad, which I will now cook constantly. Dessert salad, sweet, well suited to white or pink semi-sweet wine.

The recipe for this salad was invented on the go. I have been looking through various magazines for a long time and often came across a salad with strawberries and arugula. It all looked interesting and beautiful, of course - red berries on green arugula look awesome. So when I had some fresh strawberries at my disposal, I decided to make my dreams come true. However, as always, I did everything in my own way. So balsamic, strawberry syrup and sesame were added. At first I wanted to take pine nuts instead of sesame, but at the last moment I decided to replace them. With pine nuts, it should be no less delicious.
