Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. We put the cottage cheese in a deep, spacious bowl so that it is convenient to stir.
2. Add sugar to the cottage cheese, carefully grind into a homogeneous mass.
3. Pour semolina, mix. We leave it for a while so that the semolina swells.
4. After 15-20 minutes, we form a sausage from the curd mass (sprinkle the working surface with flour), divide it into equal pieces with a sharp knife.
5. We put 1 berry on each piece (you can take a cherry directly with a peduncle - it's even more interesting this way), carefully form balls.
6. Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water. After they float to the surface, keep them in the water for another 30-40 seconds and take them out using a slotted spoon.

Prepare the sauce-filling:
- put honey, butter and white breadcrumbs in a small saucepan;
- we send it to the fire, stir, let the honey and butter melt.

Pour honey sauce over the finished dumplings and put them on plates, garnishing with a couple of fresh berries.

Bon appetit!
