Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Cook mashed potatoes from potatoes, cool;
2. Add eggs, flour, salt to the puree - knead the dough;
3. On a floured table, roll out the resulting potato dough and cut out thick tortillas with a glass;
4. Put half a plum on each tortilla, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon;
5. With wet hands, roll the balls out of the tortillas;
6. Lower the balls into slightly boiling salted water, when they pop up, cook for another 2 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon;
7. Fry the breadcrumbs in oil and pour them over the kendliks, or you can roll the kendli in breadcrumbs and fry lightly in oil;
8. Serve, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
