Cranberry juice with honey

Super healthy drink. Be sure to cook! Nothing is so refreshing in the summer heat as a glass of cool berry juice! The provided recipe does not provide for heat treatment - everything is prepared to the maximum quickly and simply. But it turns out very tasty and healthy!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. The berries are washed, scalded with boiling water.

2. Mash clean cranberries with a pestle (can be crushed in a blender).

3. In the resulting puree, add cool drinking water, stir.

4. Add liquid honey to the juice, mix.

5. Filter the drink through a sieve and pour it into a jug, send it to the refrigerator.

Berry juice is ready to eat!
