Apple tomato juice

Super nutritious and incredibly delicious drink! Enjoy it! I love to cook apple-tomato juice with pulp in the season when there are apples and tomatoes. Very tasty, extremely healthy, rich and nutritious. I recommend to try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Wash and grate the apples.
2. Peel the tomatoes, scalding them with boiling water.
3. Put tomatoes, grated apples in a blender bowl, pour olive oil, add salt.
4. Whisk everything together into a homogeneous mass.
5. Pour the resulting juice into glasses, put a spoonful of sour cream and fresh chopped greens in each.
