It is cooked very quickly, but it turns out insanely delicious! The period of culinary preparation for winter is not far off. And among other planned products for conservation, I want to prepare cherries again this year, only this time more. It turns out to be too tasty and, characteristically, it ends quickly.

To begin with, my cans. While the water is draining from them, we sort out the cherries, remove the tails and wash the berries. It is better not to save and postpone all the spoiled berries. Next, we place the cherries in jars, and pour granulated sugar on top.

It is necessary to sterilize jars of berries. In terms of time, it will take ten minutes.

The final touch remains: we roll up the cans and wait for them to cool down. You can not cover them with a blanket, as is usually done. When the containers with berries cool down, we remove them to a cool and preferably dark place.
