Cauliflower puree soup is fast and delicious

Extremely healthy and easy soup for those who want to be in shape! Sometimes you watch TV, and so such important people sit at the table and slurp something strange with spoons from plates, either soup, porridge, or something else incomprehensible. Passion as I want to try. I watched such a movie once, and then I bought a book, according to which this movie was filmed. And what turned out was that they ate soup, but not simple, but cauliflower puree soup. Well, I'm also not a fool, I bought another book – now with cooking recipes and cooked my own the same food as on TV. Nothing – approved, delicious, they say moms, only it looks strange, but nothing – cauliflower cream soup is quite edible and, moreover, appetizing.

In short, take a saucepan and a thick bottom, pour olive oil there and put butter too. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. You wait until it becomes transparent. Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower. I cooked it whole at first, come on, kind people on TV suggested that it should be cut into flowers. So cut it into flowers and cook for about 10 minutes. Put the sliced potatoes and boiled cabbage in a saucepan where you have onions with garlic, pour a little broth in which it was cooked, add salt and cook until the potatoes reach. Pull out the vegetables and chop them in a blender. I wrote it in a book, I don't have such a thing, so I squeezed them through a colander with a ladle, it turned out fine, but I'll buy this blender anyway. Now this puree is back in the pan, add a little water, sour cream and warm up for 3 minutes.

Cut the white bread into cubes and hold it in a hot oven until golden brown. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Soup on plates, and on top of this bread and cheese, and some greens, beauty. My little one loves this soup very much, it's probably useful for all children, but I'm not a scientist, I don't know for sure, I say it as it is.
