Rainbow salad with ham carrot and beetroot

It's not a shame to put such a salad on the festive table! The main thing in the recipe of this salad is not so much the ingredients as their design and presentation. You should remember that since the salad is called "Rainbow", then the ingredients should be of different colors. The larger the spectrum, the better. I offer you a recipe with which you can experiment, as your imagination tells you! In my version, beets, carrots, ham, potatoes and green peas are used. You can also add fresh cucumbers for the green color of the rainbow.

So, we cook a small beetroot, peel it and cut it into cubes. Carrots in raw form are also cut into small cubes. If you want, then both beets and carrots can be grated. But we are definitely cutting the ham, not rubbing it! Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and fry them in a frying pan, as you are usually used to doing. Now we proceed to the most important thing - to spread the salad on a dish. Take a large flat plate and put all the ingredients in neat piles in a circle, pour green peas in the middle and add mayonnaise. Decorate with sprigs of dill. You need to mix, of course, after serving!
