Broth with scrambled eggs and cheese

Broth is useful for recuperation. The broth will quickly satisfy your hunger! A very unusual culinary recipe, the preparation of which takes almost no time. If you already have a certain amount of broth-base, this dish will take at most twenty minutes. Some of my friends cook such a broth with egg and broth cubes, which is also, in principle, not bad. The soup is somewhat similar to our soup with dumplings, but the taste of these is different, because here the egg-flour mass is fried, not boiled.

We whisk the raw egg whites into a light foam with a whisk, add flour with a thin flake, continuing to whisk. Then add grated cheese, nutmeg and salt to taste. Now heat up the pan, sprinkle with flour and carefully distribute the resulting mass. We put it on the fire and wait until the proteins with cheese do not become such that they can be cut. Remove from the heat, let it cool and cut into beautiful cubes, lozenges, circles or even some figures (for example, you can use cookie cutters). In this case, our food will appeal to children who generally like such things. We put several figures in plates and pour the ready-made hot broth. Let it stand in a plate for three minutes, then the soup can be safely served to the table.
