Salad with sprouts and cherry tomatoes

A delicious dish for raw foodists and those who care about their health! I'm used to eating sprouted cereals and seeds for breakfast. Or as a light but hearty dinner. And for a change, I come up with different combinations, experiment with flavors. I really like this salad - just perfect!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Chop the greens, add to the tomatoes and cucumbers.
3. Tear the lettuce leaves.
4. Add sprouted buckwheat and wheat.
5. Put olives.
6. Mix everything together.
7. Pour linseed oil and lemon juice.
