1. Clean the fish, wash it. Especially carefully you need to remove the black film from the abdomen, because of which the finished dish may be bitter.
2. In a bowl, break an egg, add flour, salt, and water to it. Mix everything thoroughly to make a batter.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the fish in it, dipping each in the batter.
4. Fry the fish over medium heat for 3 minutes (until golden brown), then turn over.
5. Fry on the other side also for 3 minutes.

Serve the fish hot or slightly cooled with fresh herbs.
