Fried dumplings in a slow cooker

Prepare delicious dumplings with a ruddy crispy crust! One day I came up with the idea to fry dumplings. It turned out just super! In other words - lazy mini-chebureks. Try it, you'll like it.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, spread the dumplings (only in one layer), select the "Frying" mode (you do not need to set the time - it will take no more than 10 minutes to cook).

Fry the dumplings with the lid closed for about 5 minutes, then turn them over to the other side and fry like this the same is about 4-5 minutes.

Serve on the table with sour cream and with your favorite ketchup. Bon appetit!
