Fried pike caviar

Perfect dinner! Try it and make sure of it! Yesterday we cooked pike fried caviar for dinner with my husband. I liked it, I want more) I will definitely cook more often. The dinner turned out to be light, without the content of "bad" fats and carbohydrates, supplemented with asparagus and fresh vegetables.

Pike caviar is washed with cold water without damaging the films. Then we salt it.
Heat the olive oil (half) over medium heat and fry the caviar on both sides. Each side will take approximately 5 minutes. In the process, we salt.

Put the asparagus in a bowl and pour the remaining olive oil, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute the oil and spices better. Fry the asparagus for about 5 minutes using a grill pan.

Serve on the table, supplemented with fresh tomatoes.
