Juicy minced meat cutlets classic in a frying pan

Delicious and satisfying dish for the daily menu! Homemade cutlets are loved, absolutely, by everyone. And for good reason! This is a very tasty and satisfying dish. When I cook them, the cutlets from the first pan fly away before they have time to cool down, even without a side dish. Just on the go. So to speak - on trial... I think you will like them too.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare cutlets, take minced meat from any kind of meat. You can take assorted. I use minced pork. Put the minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will knead the meat mass.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into several pieces so that they can easily pass into the meat grinder. Pass the peeled onion through a meat grinder and add it to the bowl to the minced meat.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Fill the loaf with milk and let it lie down, soak. Then squeeze from the milk and, likewise, grind in a meat grinder.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add the chopped loaf to the bowl to the minced meat. Then add a little salt and spices. Mix the whole mass well. It is convenient to do this with your hands. The mass should become homogeneous.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Beat off the finished cutlet mass. To do this, lift a little mass and throw it into the bowl. The cutlet mass should not be too liquid, and when beaten it will become more homogeneous and viscous. This simple procedure will make the finished cutlets tender and tasty, while they will be dense enough not to fall apart when frying. If there are concerns, you can add an egg if you wish, but to my taste, this makes the cutlets "rubber".

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour some breadcrumbs into a separate plate. Take a little cutlet mass with your hands, form a cutlet and roll it in breadcrumbs.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan and preheat it to a hot state. Lay out the formed cutlets and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Then turn the cutlets over and fry, the same way, on the other side. Any side dish and fresh vegetables will suit such cutlets. Enjoy your meal!

To prepare mono cutlets, use either purchased, ready-made minced meat, or cook at home yourself.
When I start cooking cutlets, I knead enough minced meat for them. I immediately fry one part for the family for lunch or dinner, and form the other with cutlets, put it on a board and freeze it. When they freeze, they can be folded into a bag. This is a very convenient way of cooking for the future. If necessary, they can be placed on a hot frying pan immediately, without defrosting.
