Cooking time: 5 min

Cut a piece of bread (round, oval or square, whichever you like). Spread the cream cheese on top.
Next, cut off a long thin piece of fish, put a thin piece of hard cheese on top of it and wrap everything together in a spiral. Now we string a skewer and a cucumber cut into the shape of our snail's body on a spiral. And stick it in bread and cheese.
If desired, you can also make an umbrella from Bulgarian pepper and make pieces of tomatoes and pepper fixed on cream cheese, eyes and mouth of a snail.
