    Wheat flour is sifted to remove foreign bodies and villi that may be in this product, as well as to saturate the flour with oxygen. Pour the sifted flour into a bowl with a liquid mixture. You do not need to pour all the flour at once, add it in parts so as not to clog the dough.

    Continue kneading on the table, sprinkled with flour, with your hands. Knead a smooth elastic dough. We leave it in a bowl, covered with a towel or cling film on top, for half an hour to rest at room temperature.

    Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling for the pies. Minced meat can be used ready-made or you can wind it yourself from fresh meat. Meat can be used any at will, it will be tastier from mixed minced pork and beef. In a bowl with minced meat, add finely chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper, pour in cold water. Mix the ingredients until smooth.

    Rested dough on the work surface, sprinkled with flour, roll into a thin sausage, cut it into several small pieces, the pies should be small in size like dumplings, roll out into thin cakes.

    In the center of each tortilla from the dough, spread a little meat filling with a tablespoon. We fasten the edges of the dough well so that the juice from the filling does not leak out during frying, we form pies.

    Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We warm it up. On the preheated oil we spread the blanks of the pies. Fry them on one side over medium heat for 5 minutes, until golden brown.

    Then turn the pies over and fry on the second side until browned. To make the filling in the pies better fried, you can cover the pan with a lid and keep the pies on the fire for another couple of minutes. We remove the pies from the pan and serve them to the table, with tea, coffee or cocoa. Bon appetit!
