    Bananas for pancakes are better to take ripe and soft, they are sweeter and more fragrant, so that the pancakes turn out sweeter, since sugar is not added to the composition of pancakes. Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces, put them in a blender bowl.

    Chop the bananas until a mushy mass is obtained.

    Drive chicken eggs into the blender bowl with banana. We drive the eggs one at a time, each time beating the mass with a blender at maximum speed.

    The mass of bananas and eggs should turn out to be quite thick, with a foamy cap on the surface. Warm up a dry frying pan for frying pancakes. Banana pancakes are usually fried in a dry frying pan like American pancakes, but, depending on the pan, it may need to be oiled a little. In any case, the frying pan should be of high quality, not necessarily expensive, but with an intact coating and nothing should stick to it.

    The frying pan must be heated well, but fry over moderate heat so that the pancakes do not immediately start burning. Spread a tablespoon of banana dough on a preheated frying pan. To make pancakes turn over easily, make them small. Fry first on one side, when bubbles appear on the surface of the dough, carefully turn the pancakes with a wooden spatula and fry them on the other side, literally two minutes. We do this with the whole banana dough.
