Eggs cooked in various ways are the most common option for breakfast all over the world. Cooking scrambled eggs with ham and cheese will not take much time and effort. A few simple secrets will allow you not to over-dry and not burn the dish - you can cook, honing your skills every time.

It is better to cook scrambled eggs in butter. In classic versions with fried eggs, preference is given to vegetable, so that the egg does not stick to the pan and turns out smooth. But in the case of a chatterbox, this can be neglected by making a choice towards the unique taste and aroma of melted butter.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater in advance. In a frying pan with a thick bottom and non-stick coating, melt the butter. We do not make the fire too strong so that the oil does not burn out. In a deep bowl, break the eggs. Add a small amount of salt and ground pepper and whisk with a fork or whisk. There is no need to take a mixer here, the resulting airy texture will still disintegrate during frying, there is no point in wasting time on whipping and washing unnecessary dishes. If desired, you can add your favorite spices, but this is not necessary - and without them the taste will be amazing.

Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the beaten eggs, mix. By this time, the oil in the pan has already melted and started to bubble slightly. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan. Fry only on medium heat, otherwise the eggs may burn and will not be soft and tender. As soon as the edges of the fried eggs begin to fry and become dense, we begin to mix the mass. We start from the edges and gradually reach the middle, work with a shovel. Add the cheese and continue stirring until the eggs are ready.

Serve scrambled eggs immediately after cooking. If she was unlucky and she managed to cool down in the plate, you can warm up the dish in the microwave. To do this, cover the plate with a wet paper towel and warm it in cycles of 20 seconds, stirring in breaks.

We complement the finished dish with finely chopped green onions. Serve with slices of fresh bread and slices of fresh vegetables. Or any other additions as desired.
