Cooking method

Kyrgyz cuisine has its own special culinary recipe, which is called "Hoshan". This is a kind of manta ray. In order to cook it, you need to make minced meat separately and knead the dough.
For the dough, take the flour and divide it into two equal parts. One part is used for making yeast dough, the other for unleavened dough. Then we wait for the yeast dough to come up. Then we mix these two tests. Then we cut it into pieces of 50 grams.
We are engaged in minced meat. We take lamb meat and lard. Chop them into pieces. After that, we put it in a meat grinder or grind it to mince with a food processor. Add the onion there. He must also go through a meat grinder. The resulting minced meat is salted, peppered and diluted with water at the rate of 15% of the meat used.
Take a separate piece of dough. Roll it out. We put the cooked minced meat on it and pinch it. The edges of the minced meat should be collected in the middle to get a semblance of a knot. We press the Hoshan. It should become flat. We put it in a frying pan and fry it in fat. fill the water to a third of the height of the hoshans. Immediately cover the pan with a lid and leave it on the gas for five minutes. This food is eaten with vinegar. You can pour hoshans with them in advance.
Bon appetit!
