Salad with mussels and shrimp

Very tasty seafood salad for any table. I love seafood! Therefore, I allow myself to periodically prepare various salads with their participation. This recipe is one of the most favorite. I advise everyone!

    Defrost mussels and shrimp and fry in oil for about two minutes. I had them already half-cooked (shrimps peeled).

    At the very end, add a little soy sauce to them. Mix everything and turn it off after a few seconds. The shrimp and mussels have turned slightly brown.

    Cut the avocado into two halves. Peel off the top layer and cut into small cubes. We remove the bone.

    The tomato is also cut into cubes, only the liquid part of it is removed to the side.

    For dressing - mix olive oil, mustard and soy sauce. Proportions can be made to your taste. If necessary, we salt it, but it turns out to be quite normal.

    We divide the washed and dried lettuce leaves into parts and put them on the bottom of the plate. We put fried mussels and shrimp on top. Pour the dressing. Salt if necessary.

    Add pieces of avocado, tomato and chopped egg. In the center, you can put mussels and shrimps in more, they are still the main ingredients. Pour the dressing once more and help ourselves!
