In order for the fried eggs not to burn, I advise you to pour the eggs into a hot frying pan. And after frying the sausages, it will definitely be hot. Use spices at your discretion. This recipe for scrambled eggs was popular in my childhood, during the Soviet era, but even now it is necessary to think about how to beautifully serve breakfast to children.
