Liver cakes for a snack, we have already done everything. It's time to try something new. Let's get started.
For egg pancakes, mix all the ingredients and beat the dough well.
For baking 1: chicken (I immediately cooked in salted water) finely chopped, greens (I only had onions) also finely chopped. Mix everything together.
For baking 2: wash onions and carrots, peel. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, save everything in a small amount of oil, salt and pepper.
To smear the "cakes", mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic.
Frying pancakes: pour a little dough into a frying pan lightly oiled (only for 1 pancake), distribute the filling 1, pour some more dough on top, cover with a lid and fry over low heat. Then turn to the other side and fry until cooked. Also fry a pancake with filling No. 2 and all the others. Pancakes rise first, like an omelet. And as soon as they are removed from the fire, they immediately settle. It is ok. In total, I got 8 pancakes (4 with each bake).
We assemble the cake: we put the first pancake with any filling on the dish, we smear it with mayonnaise, on top of the second one, it is also smeared, etc. I also greased the top pancake, and you look as desired. We put it in the refrigerator for impregnation. The longer it is soaked, the tastier it is. Decorate the cake before serving. I sprinkled with grated cheese. Enjoy your meal.
