Each country has its own recipe for meatballs. Mexico is no exception. Mexicans prepare this popular food in their own way. I suggest you cook meatballs in Mexican with me. Soak white bread in water. Scroll through the meat grinder beef and onion head. Then add the pressed white bread, chopped parsley, cumin, chicken eggs to the mixture and mix well with salt. We put green lettuce leaves on the tortillas, and meatballs with stewed vegetables on top. Decorate the dish with a sprig of parsley. Serve tequila with citrus juice or pulque to meatballs in Mexican style.
