We all know what belyashi is, but we don't even guess that there are a lot of culinary recipes for their preparation. There are three of them in Kazakhstan alone. I want to share with you a culinary recipe called "Belyash in Kazakh. Option 1".
First you need to knead the yeast dough. Take warm boiled water and dilute yeast in it. It will taste better if you do it with milk. Add sugar and salt to the yeast. Mix everything together. At the end, add flour in small portions. Knead the dough. Put it in order for it to fit. Cover the container with a clean kitchen towel. After the dough rises, cut it into pieces, and leave to brew separately. The approximate time it takes for them to be separated is 15 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling. You will need a fillet of fish. Put it through a meat grinder. The nozzle for the meat grinder should be taken with large holes. Add salt to the twisted fish, pepper and mix thoroughly. Take the pieces of dough and roll it into a flat cake. Put the filling on each of the tortillas. Wrap the edges. It should turn out something like cheesecakes. Fry the tortillas on both sides, and the side with the protruding filling should be fried first.
