    How to make a delicious air mannikin on kefir in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Kefir is suitable with a fat content of 2.5 to 3.2%. The fatter the kefir, the tastier the mannikin will turn out.

    Combine kefir at room temperature with eggs and mix until smooth.

    Pour semolina into the kefir-egg mixture and mix thoroughly again. Leave the mass to swell for 40-50 minutes. The cereal should swell well. If desired, you can punch the mass with an immersion blender so that the mixture turns out to be soft, tender, without semolina grains.

    Add sugar, flour, soda and vanilla to the swollen semolina. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Vanillin can be replaced with 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    The finished mass should be covered with a large number of small bubbles - this works in the soda test after combining with kefir. Depending on the saturation of the yolks and the color of the semolina, the final mass can range in color from almost white to yellowish.

    Cover the baking dish with parchment, grease with vegetable oil. The diameter of my form is 20 cm. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake the mannikin in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 40 minutes.
