Carp in the oven with potatoes

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. We clean the carp from the scales, remove the insides, and rinse in running water.

2. A piece of foil is lubricated with vegetable oil. Peel the onion, cut into rings, spread on foil.

3. Salt and pepper the fish carcass from all sides, inside too, spread over the onion. Lubricate the surface with vegetable oil.

4. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into circles and spread them to the fish.

5. We place the foil with the contents in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 25 minutes, after which we water the carp with the released juice and continue baking for another 25 minutes.

We serve the dish and serve it on the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
