Hot sandwiches in the oven

Hearty hot sandwiches are suitable for a hearty breakfast or snack! It turned out to be a very tasty, nutritious (and proteins, and fats, and carbohydrates) beautiful breakfast! You can try mixing a raw egg with fried mushrooms, and putting this mass on bread around the egg, bake it in the oven. So, we have a few stray champignons, a couple of pieces of rye bread and a hard-boiled chicken egg. From this you need to cook some kind of food for breakfast. It resembles a problem from a school textbook and it is not so easy to solve it without knowing the recipe for hot sandwiches in the oven. I learned it myself quite recently and greatly regretted that the recipe was not known to me before. No matter how many champignons left after cooking juliennes and excellent soups, they would not be gone and how many times they would not have to have a snack on the way in the morning with a pie and coffee from the vending machine.

I come to the very essence: in a small amount of butter, I lightly fry pieces of rye bread. In the meantime, in another frying pan, I fry pre-boiled and cut into strips of champignons. And a chicken egg is already hard-boiled in the refrigerator and is just waiting in the wings to decorate a wonderful sandwich.

I cut the egg into two halves, each of which I place in the center of a piece of bread. I chop the toasted mushrooms and spread them around the egg halves. I sprinkle everything with grated cheese on top and put it in a preheated oven for five minutes. 

Meanwhile, a strong morning coffee is brewed. When everything is ready, you can start a very simple, but incredibly delicious breakfast. One day I served these uncomplicated sandwiches to the festive table. The result exceeded all my expectations: they were eaten earlier than other, much more complex and refined dishes. I read this recipe in some youth magazine, which can already be called ancient, because it was published in the last century, which ended not so long ago.
