Oatmeal cookies by Dukan

Eat cookies and lose weight! Dukan allows it, but we have a recipe! Usually diets exclude sweets, even quite natural dates and the like, because they contain a lot of fructose. However, Mr. Dukan allows bran cookies with useful flaxseeds. Sweetness to cookies is given by a sugar substitute. The most natural option is stevia extract (such a herb), and inexpensive. And sweet - there are no words. They also sell dried stevia, you can brew it with tea, it also turns out sweet.
