I want to share with you the recipe of the cake "Slavic", which my loved ones like and which I cook for many holidays. This culinary recipe will appeal to all sweet tooth.
First we prepare the dough. It is necessary to beat eggs with sugar (you can make powder) into a fluffy mass so that it increases by about 3 times. Carefully pour flour into the resulting mass and mix. Pour the resulting dough onto a thin oiled paper laid on a baking sheet. Spread it all over the baking sheet.
Bake the dough in the oven at a temperature of 200 0 C for 40 minutes. When the biscuit cools down, remove the paper from it.
Divide the finished dough into three identical rectangles. Each cake should be smeared with cream.
To prepare the cream, it is necessary to beat softened butter to a homogeneous fluffy mass, then add grated halva, condensed milk, yolks, powdered sugar and vanillin to it. To soak the cake, you need to put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
The cake can be decorated with fresh berries, nuts or grated chocolate. The Slavyansky cake is ready! Such food will be to the taste of your children and you!
Bon appetit!
