In this recipe, the broth is supplemented with mint and St. John's wort, such a mixton can be diluted with boiling water, sweetened with honey and drunk as tea. 1. We put the crushed ginseng root in a saucepan, fill it with cold water, and send it to the fire.

2. When the water boils, turn down the heat, cook for 5 minutes.

3. Then remove the saucepan from the fire, add St. John's wort and mint, cover with a lid, let it brew for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Filter the broth, add honey, mix.
