Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 30 min

1. Wash the peas, put them in a bowl and fill with cold water. Leave to swell for 2 hours.

2. Then wash the peas again, put them in a saucepan, pour water and send them to a low heat, cook for one hour.

3. Add salt, grind the mass with an immersion blender (in principle, you can grind it in a stationary one).
