Try to make an artichoke salad with apples. The food, which contains artichokes in combination with apples and Parmesan cheese, has very interesting flavors. Here is a very simple salad recipe, which I personally really like.
We clean, first, the artichokes from the outer leaves. They are usually old and not good for food. From the rest of the leaves, we will tear off the tops and finely cut them into pieces. Mix lemon juice with water in a bowl and put artichoke leaves there. This will not allow the leaves to darken in the air.
Prepare the salad dressing. Squeeze lemon juice from lemon and add olive oil and black pepper.
On a cutting board, cut the Parmesan cheese into thin slices
Peel the apple and cut it into small slices, then sprinkle lemon juice on it.
Put artichokes and apples in a salad bowl, pour the dressing, salt and mix the salad. Put slices of cheese on top of the salad. To decorate the dish, we will cut green onions and sprinkle them on our salad.
Here is the artichoke salad with apples ready. As you can see, everything is very fast and simple, but it's worth it.
