How to make potatoes with pork belly in the oven?

1. Peel the potatoes, wash, boil in water for about 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling.

2. Then cut the half-cooked potatoes coarsely, put them in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and pour sour cream.

3. Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings and put it to the potatoes, mix everything to evenly distribute the sour cream and spices. Sprinkle rosemary on top to give a spicy flavor to the dish.

4. Cut the brisket into large pieces, spread on the surface.

5. Send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
